IléHQ
WhatsApp-native AI operating system for shortlet hosts.

IléHQ is a multi-tenant SaaS that runs short-let hosting end to end. Guests discover and book a stay straight from a WhatsApp link or booking code, and from there IléHQ handles everything: the availability calendar across a host's units, guest verification and trust scoring, access-code check-in and check-out, deposits, receipts and automated host payouts, with an AI concierge answering guests over WhatsApp and SMS and a messaging dashboard that tracks response times and cost. Built first for the Nigerian market (with Canadian support), it also carries a full property-management mode for landlords, so one platform serves both short-let hosts and traditional PMs.
Stack
What I built
06 systems, built solo, the parts that mattered.
Guests book over WhatsApp, a per-host booking link and QR code (or a short text code) drop guests straight into a WhatsApp booking flow, no app install required.
Full booking lifecycle for hosts, an availability calendar across units, guest trust scoring, access-code check-in/out, deposit holds, receipts and host payouts, wired end to end from request to payout.
Persona-aware AI concierge, a v3 orchestrator resolves a persona (shortlet-guest, landlord-tenant, hybrid), composes market-specific prompts, and runs a multi-step tool-calling loop over WhatsApp and SMS with prompt sanitization and emergency short-circuiting.
Automation lives in the cron layer, roughly 40 scheduled jobs drive checkout reminders, mid-stay check-ins, no-show and overstay detection, host payouts, post-stay reviews and iCal sync.
Dual-market payments and comms, Paystack, Stripe, and Twilio/WhatsApp with media, plus S3 storage, Upstash rate limiting, Resend email and MFA/TOTP auth.
A very large domain model, 79 Prisma models spanning orgs and RBAC, properties and units, bookings and guests, deposits, payouts and subscriptions, plus a full property-management mode for landlords.
